Sunday 2nd June – 1940s Steam Event Day
This event day is always a lot of fun with a variety of reenactors and enthusiasts bringing displays, vehicles and artefacts to commemorate those who had to endure such a difficult time in our recent history. From the front line to the home front, there’ll be exhibits to include different aspects of life during the 1940s – all included in the usual ticket price. With a colouring station, treasure hunt and garden games for the kids, steam train and tractor rides all day, museum and large model railway it promises to be a great day out.
