The track on the railway is wooden sleeper with rail held by Pandrol clips in the main. There are sections of track held with bolts and clamps.
The line is inspected regularly and areas for attention are noted and working parties organised to carry out the repairs/upgrades.
Quite often heavy work so many people are required for any one session.
