It’s important to have replacement track sleepers to replace old ones that degrade with the frequent wear and wet weather conditions. We safety check the track regularly as part of our health and safety and running procedures and when we find a sleeper that is in need of replacement, it’s important we’re in a position to do that work immediately, to ensure the safe and continued running of the trains.
The minimum order of railway sleepers is 48 and cost £30 each, including delivery. By adding a sleeper to your order today, you are buying one of the 48 and are ensuring our line is maintained and we are able to continue providing train rides to the public for future generations.
